Hand-thrown anti tank grenade ideas

Hi all,

Do you have any ideas of homemade or manufactured hand-thrown anti-tank grenades? In our games a similar close-range weapon would be handy. It should look pretty realistic (not just a "pouch with flour" type of stuff) and ideally mark hits visually or otherwise so that both vehicle's crew and surrounding players know that the vehicle has been knocked out.
