I just came across this on the Tiger111 website. Looks like a nice piece.
I haven`t any experience with the SRC MP40, does anyone know how different it is to the AGM MP40 in terms of dimensions, fittings etc ?
I am sure it can graafted to an AGM mp40,postage will be another 50$ on top of that price, most likely i use that website alot, many bargains but the bulkier items are a killer on the postage.
I just realised that I`ve been a bit of a twat, the mp40 has a pistol grip which would need cutting off to fit this. On the other hand it might be possible to use this for an MP28 conversion with a Sten. But as Kingmaker said the postage makes it a bit expensive.
I Made an MP41 with an AGM MP40. The pistol grip doesn`t house anything apart from wires and a fuse. They don`t need cutting off as the motor all fits in a line inside the wooden stock. this stock is even better than mine as it looks pre formed to take the existing knurled nut which holds the MP40 receiver together.

Very interesting, how did you get rid of the pistol grip frame, does it unbolt from the main box/motor assembly ? I sold my MP40 several years ago so I`m trying to remember how it was held together from memory.
Here' a couple of photo's,
You would have to make up some sort of support for gearbox and motor, if you didn't want to cut up the rear end, and if I remember, the rear receiver cap is a little bit different on the mp40 to the mp41

Looking at pictures of the SRC mp41 and then checking pic's of the real thing, the SRC effort sits high in the stock. The real one sits nice and low almost snug looking in comparison.
I would think if you want to make one, make your own stock, may take longer in time but would probably be a better job.

I did a conversion using the MP41 wood stock made by some Polish guy. Need a little carving but it end up looking well. It will cost you about 70 EU shipped.
That site used to have few other front parts for SRC MP41 - barrel nut and front sight. They are not exact fit for AGM MP40 in terms of threading (barrel nut), but the front will help you get a proper look for your build.
Building a MP41 from a MP40 would require some some sawing and filing.
