hi guys, well anyway earlier on i was watching 'yesterday' and the programme dogs in the pacific? ( i think ) anyway, getting near the end, when they were getting to the sad bits when returning the dogs, they were showing pictures of the USMC with the dogs, and a picture came up, and unfortunatly i can't for my life find it, anyway, it was a usmc bloke with p41s on with his dog in one hand and carbine in the other, but on the carbine, was what appeared to be a suppressor/silencer?

i've never seen anything like that before, can anyone shed some light on this as to what it is, or find that picture? if you can, i think i'd rather fancy one with my usmc loadout im starting up.

anyway, cheers, Tom.

Now a 'namsofter. I have an M72 L.A.W. for sale for 110 posted, PM if interested.

im sure they used to have a grenade launching attachment for the m1 carbine, that looked like a suppressor, (the rifle grenade went inside)

it was either fired by a blank, or a bullet

JUST SEEN THE VID

it looks identical to the grenade launcher, also look at the angle hes fireing at hes lobbing a grenade over distance

Why not make one? Doesn't look too complicated. (And you're right, it does look like a silencer!)

Unlikely to happen in the foreseeable future, regardless of the series that's coming out, as basically you'll still have no one to shoot at!

We're moving east, with Russian games, but not that far east, yet!

Were trying on that! There's a Japanese kit list up the top now as well, and i'm trying to raise interest atm. I have a basic Japanese impression, i'd be willing to use it if a Pacific game was organised near enough to me, but I can't really get to games further than the edge of kent - serious transport issues.

I've got more jap kit on the way.

As soon as it's arrived (should be this week) I'll be able to post some farby pics of me wearing it and using a sten. lol :)
