Sooooo p*ssed off...

Charged the battery, three shots later it stopped working. It feel like the trigger isn't pulling back as far as it should bt there's not a safety on these guns is there? I can't find one...

I've tried three batteries now so its not that. No nasty grinding sounds so I don't think the gears have gone/ What else can it be? Is there am MP40 stripping guide anywhere?

Heeeeeelp!! :( :( :( :(

Cheers mate - I think that plus re-fitting the fire selector switch (what a piece of cr*p that thing is) has fixed it! Just cracked off a couple of mags worth in the garden and she's sweeeeet!

I find the batteries are not to good you get with them, also the charger is not to hot, try a good freshly charged battery, as for the gearbox its a version 3 hybrid, so if you can strip a AK gearbox you will have no problems stripping the MP40, its worth re building the gearbox anyway as they are put together very poorly, badley shimed & full of the wrong type of grease, they have the basis of a good gun but require some work to get the best from them, this topic may help:
