Anyone else looking at this and thinking 'hey a vertical grip very close to the magwell - looks like it would fit into a carbine para stock'?

Nice, I`ve been looking for a review of the Well VZ61, I had in mind a PPD34 or 38. It might need a remote trigger moving back a few inches but the drum mag is a definate boon. The pistol grip only holds the battery so should be easy to knock off with an angle grinder :)

There's a brief but positive review on the Arnies forum. It sounds like a good gun with bags of conversion potential. I didn't realise it was only the battery in the grip so a std carbine might also be possible.

Why oh why don't they do a decent range of WW2 AEGs? They've got all the bits FFS!
