At Haggard my tanaka M10 started leaking from the gas filling point, has anyone else experienced this if so how do you fix it?

Yup, had it on a few pistols.
There are two O rings you need to look at. The first seals the body of the valve to the gas tank, the second is a *tiny* O ring that sits in the filling valve. There's two ways of dealing with this, both of which require disassembling the valve:
Option 1:
Remove both the O rings, then stick 'em in a beaker of ATF overnight, causing them to swell a little bit, then clean them off and refit.
Option 2:
Spend 4 days looking through RS components website to find the right size O rings....

Thanks for the info, I think I'll try option 1 first ![]()

i managed to fix gadge's M10 purely by holding the fill valve down and spraying in a tiny amount of silicon lubricant, then leaving it a while.
Thanks DM that's just gone to the top of the list, always do the easy thing first

Bit off topic but is the M10 any good? I was thinking of getting one...

Yeah, it's a lovely little gun. i run it on .30g BB's tho, as the hop seems to like them better.
Couple of good reviews will do me...I'll get one then!

M10 +.3's for the win!
mine leaked, stripped down the cylinder and gave it a good going over with silicone oil, now works fine.
