I don't think it's difficult to do per se, rather difficult to do without bollocksing up your piston. Having said that, does look extremely cool.

It does look nice but I'd err on the side of caution. These things have been notoriously unreliable in the past and as Kav says has a good chance of shagging your piston/gearbox up.

It's a pretty simple mod but i think in the long term, it's just going to knacker your guns internals a lot quicker.
