As DT said, the easiest way is to go to your local site open day skirmishes. You`ll need to go at least three times in no less than two months. In simpler terms this means go to an open day once a month for three months ( you`ll need to hire or loan a gun whilst your skirmishing ) and you`ll be able to get a UKRAPA number.
The other option is to attend a CIA game and loan a gun off someone, then join the CIA scheme and join AFRA.
I`m afraid its no longer an easy matter to buy a toy gun in this country anymore.

Little bit more to it than that slick63. We (CiA & AFRA) are fully aware that there are dubious characters out there that will try and gain AFRA membership for the sole purpose of obtaining RIF's. All membership applications are looked at closely.
