Dave has suggested we start the year at Waltham Abbey Royal Gunpowder Mills VE Day celebrations 2011
Dates - the long bank holiday weekend April 30th to May 2nd

Any takers? Numbers able to come will determine the size of the display.

Site is off the top end of the M25 so not difficult to get to.
Stuff about the Waltham Abbey site: http://www.royalgunpowdermills.com/index.htm

LOL I had a large falling out with rob the knob who use to run the gunpowder mills event about 5 years ago...to the point where he offered to come and "sort me aught" in his north London way* ...only he was an opinionated racist asshole.

Can I come as a token helper he wouldn't know me from Adam ?

* my mobile at the bottom of every post as on every forum I've run lol .

Super, looks like we will have a good turnout for this event.
I'm working on the rotas now, so that Martin and Andy can be sure their cooking and pot washing duties are evenly shared...

I'll have the medic uniform aired and pressed for you Andy if your happy doing it mate..and we no it fits you.
One of the spear tunics has a signals patch on it..so can't see a problem with Martin and Del being funkers as there's 3 radio sets..so would look better with two operators..All so have a smaller tunic if that don't fit we'll just swap the patch over
