certainly, they are like this:

Disclaimer: The following information is for those wishing to really get into the spirit of the game, at no point will any CiA organiser attempt to force or coerce a player into doing something they don

I can see where you're coming from but would keep it much shorter. Wading through that lot is a bit tiring . Rather than tell them , might be better to put up some pointers and let the players debate the specifics. You can guide them to reach the end result you already had in mind, but they wil think they thought of it rather than being told .

Thanks Gadge - I did read it all in your 'Private' forum.

Ours will be much briefer but I'll integrate a lot of the role play encouragement along with some specifics.

you'll also notice i shifted hebs role so webby and heb can game togeher easier.

I handled th efreeform squads thing by just telling people to get wiht an nco and the reason for it.

What i dont want to do is tell anyone what to do but i do want them to know how the system owrks and that to get a bigger picture they need to buy in.

Serious note, are you going to provide formal written orders like we had at the Bulge or is it something I / CW need to draft up (easy either way)

I'l do an o-group for NCOs at the start of the day, i expect them to take notes.

(i'll provide paper and pens)

Ncos wil then o-group their sections.

If they fuck it up, their choice.

(i'll hav some orders sheets ready too in case people dont buy in)

Am I answerable to you Gadge? If so, where do I fit into the units?
