I'll be bringing Stg44 with P38, might take the K98 but definitely will have the MP40 in the car as backup.

PS Guy, all MP40s have Bakelite panels which varied in colour from mottled purplish red, through browns to blacks.

Che lent me his K98, so I'll have that and my P38. If I can't hit anything with the K98, I'll also have my MP40 as backup.

If the project is complete I'll bring my mg42, but it's taken six months to get to this stage and I cant help it if it isnt ready in time. otherwise Stg 44 downgraded spring, mp40 with a 9.6volt battery as backup, oh and of course my P08 luger
Mobility, now theres an issue, I'm from Sussex which is flatter than a withches tits, the hills will kill me, an unfit 43 year old smoker, I may have the biggest gun but it's goint to take it ages to get anywhere :D
( Not that stupid, if its running ok then the fastest strongest guy in the team gets to use it, I'll add support if I make it to the top of the hill :good: )

Tanaka K98 or MP40 & "captured" Colt 1911!   Unless I can bag a P38/Luger in the meantime. Only got 2 mags for the K98 (but 6 including a hi cap for the MP40) - any thoughts on my using the K98 viz reloading in game? I want to use it I do, I do!! But don't want to let you guys down by having to reload all the time? :slap: Oh and hopefully smoke and pyros.

Hope to get my 44 back this weekend. Tom Andrews has had it for a month now and hopefully fitted a tightbore barrel, lower powered spring and a high speed motor. He forgot it last week so I badgered him to juice it up a bit while he had it
I'll play a bit with it on Sunday and chrono it just to be sure it's not hot and let you guys know the results. I may have to be conservative with ammo on this game but my regs are going to get a hailstorm this weekend

Wahay got another 10rd K98 magazine on the way so won't need to reload quite so often in the heat of a firefight . . . . . . :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
