All the gents out there who are intending to play on the Partisan side for Bryansk are required, by a new CiA by-law passed by the four Executive Members, to grow a full beard in preparation for going Russian for the weekend.
This is a non-negotiable requirement for attendance at the event. Anyone playing Partisan and not sporting a full face-merkin will be dealt with via the medium of taunting.
This is a good opportunity for those who find it impossible to bring razor to face for a regular game day to go whole hog and go Grizzly Adams for the weekend.

He did however say it was for the Gents and last time I checked I wasn't one.... that said he also said any partisan not supporting one (no mention of male or female) would have the pith taken, time to buy a comedy Brian Blessed style one maybes 
What about if you're technically down to play as Red army rather than partisan? 
From what I've been able to find out I believe that members of the Red Army would be expected to be turned out in a smart military fashion as much as any the other forces so personally I'll be going for the clean shaven look
