We need ot get down there this month to have a better inspection and get a feel for it , as it's not been softed before it's all virgin territory (unlike Preston) .

Myself and Sephen are up for 26th or 27th Jan ,2nd or 3rd of Feb ?
I'm assuming Jay won't make it up (unless he camps at Stephens and gets pissed as a rat!)

Jay can camp at mine if he likes, but I won't be there as I'll be going there from my new girlf's place which is in.......Shropshire!

I can't do Sat 2nd as I have got first stage of prep work for a dental crown. Well, it's at 7.30 in the morning so I suppose I could go galvanting later on if there is no alternative.
Other three dates are OK.

To confirm then , we'll meet at Clun at 10.15 on Sunday 3rd. I'll bringthe keys and the Rover , expect to take about 3 hours .
