I've got two pairs of their anklets... I've had no problems getting blanco into them.

How are you trying to do it?

i have tried both ways i know,,,, rubbing the square block on wet, then using a brush the spread it out, and using the brush on the wet block and applying . it goes on lovely in some places, others it just wont touch it and stays tan coloured. ????????

It does indeed sound like something has got embedded into the webbing.

You could try putting it in the washing machine... see if that gets rid of it.

Failing that I'd be after a replacement or refund from SoF.

Ah... you could ask for a refund from joker... ;)

If you're still having problems by tomorrow, I can have a go with them if you want.
