Cant say I've ever seen one mate, they are pretty limited use (especially in airsoft circles) as they are very much a pre 43 thing with only Paddy 'i'll wear what the hell i like' Mayne wearing one after that.
I really cant suggest anything other than giving WPG a call and if they dont stock them you might be able to have Sanjay at replicators make you one up.
While i dont want to open up another can of worms about quality/reliability/actually getting your item via Sanjay (you can search it and its been done to death).... if no one actually makes an item he will have a go at making one for you...
