Just had a PM from a Phoenix player who wants to come to CR but he is 17. He points out that the site age limit is 17, not 18.

I'm not taking personal responsibility for children at this event -the limit stays at 18 . Officially my line is 18 for 24 hour events, especially in harsh environs like a North Wales forest.
