Hi all
I've noticed you are starting to discuss tactics and squad movement in the Axis private forum.
I do intend to do the same at some point and will be posting topics on hand signals and basic squad movement so people can have a gander.
However, given the level of response we had from people for Arnhem on this forum, would it be a good idea to have 15-30 minutes or so of discussion in the AM from the IED boys about how to move and communicate effectively in the field before game-on on the Saturday?
Just a thought.

Thats a good idea... I like it!
Bah, posted in the wrong forum. Can someone move it to CR discussion?

I'd like a tactical discussion but would prefer we did it within our own group so we get the German perspective - Stubblehopper is our man to do it....

Yep as long as it doesn't become information overload .
OK, that's fine. I'm happy to do a basic talk about movement, but I don't think we have anyone who is qualified to talk on the subject with any authority.
I'm a little concerned about the imbalance of organisers between teams and could do with as much cohesion within the side as possible. You guys have at least 4 people who you know you can count on to get people organised and moving and who know the plan.
For the Allies it's just Yith and me. The rest is a group of people half of whom I don't know and half of whom I know couldn't organise themselves, let alone others.
Whilst I'm at it, why are there 25 Allies and 30 Axis. Are the Dutch combatant?

Dutch are fully combatant and only on your side . If you want mil experts ask them what regiments they served in ![]()
