Squads should not have more than one MG and only CO/Nco carrying SMGs unless you have a special unit like Bazooka team.
Squads needed a dedicated radio operator as well. Thanks.

1) nps will sort
2a) Umm this was never mentioned and may well cause us a problem , bar bit nps as we dont use them often, but the smg bit may be we have a quite a few folks who only have a smg , and the CO/Nco's tends to be the ones who own rifles etc we are a bit backward 
see what i can sort.
2b) Should be able to sort a bazooka for both squads if stu is with us as he has 1 as well myself

No problem Chris, we want to encourage as many rifles as possible but if people only have SMG's then so be it! I suppose a better line is: we would like people to use rifles if they have them
okey dokey well we tend to if we can and i can make some with a smg etc carry my zooka
