Given that I've noticed some of our members signing up to, or showing interest in, Carentan, do you think it would be worth pinging them an email flagging up this game for the 1-2 November and telling them that it's going to be members only??

Alternatively, an email to all members could be slightly less specific and say something along the lines of 'Advance notice - not for publication. CiA hope to be running a follow-up to Wotan at a new location on the Halloween weekend 1st & 2nd November. This special game will be for CiA cardholders only.'

As an esteemed member of Comrades in Arms we are proud to announce a very special game that is being planned for this Autumn!
Provisionally planned for the weekend of 1-2 November 2008 the game is intended to give members a priority, and possibly exclusive, opportunity to book onto the event. Here at CiA we are looking to return to one of our favourite projects from the last 18 months and give you one of the most immersive and intense WW2 airsoft experiences to date!
So, make sure you are free 1-2 November 2008 for this special members' game that will be THE game to go to this Autumn.

Depends on your degree of pedantry - words don't have to be in the Chambers dictionary to be proper words (unless you are playing Scrabble!). Many thousands of real words in common usage have yet to be included. Immersive is a word with particular meaning esp in computer 3D, gaming & virtuality.

Carentan is £85 before October, l then £95 till november. £105 on the gate! Booking form and bookings will be opened 1st July!!
Josh is starting his booking on 1st July - we really could do with firming up a proposal and launching publicly (rather than by email) before then so players can make an informed choice of which event to go to.
This might give an incentive for players (who qualify) to apply for their card, 'cos not everyone has.
