Morning all,
Does anyone have a link (or can anyone tell me) how to sew campaign ribbons onto my Fliegerbluse?
I've seen Del escape by putting them onto a ribbon bar, but most of them appear to be stitched to the front of the tunic going round where the buttons should be (apologies if the descriptions are crap, brain no worky).
How is this done exactly?

There are a couple of options - make a buttonhole on the tunic or fold and sew the ribbons in place.

Andy it's easy with a Heer or SS Tunic - they have buttonholes. The Fliegerbluse buttonholes are hidden.

Thats the reason I stuck with the pin on one I got from Varsity rather than sewing on the ribbon. Thought I might as well save that for one thats easier to sew on.

Cutting and making the 2nd button hole might be the easiest way forward lol - I tried fold and sew, gave up and went with the ribbon bar for my Glider Pilot loadout(Trinken). Otherwise - my Feldwebel collar rank and sewn on FJ qualification badge and knockensack does me - for games that make me wear that rank.
I must finish the gefreiter tunic, with sewn-on-ribbon.
