I've got a set of heer shoulderboards you can have to replace those SS ones. PM me your details and I'll post them to you.

When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!

Would offer some collar tabs but I've only got late war ones (ie not backed), welcome to them if I can find them :good:

Un-backed is correct for an M43 tunic is it not Frau Helga?

Ah you knew just what I was thinking, given they are however a smidge tricker to tack on than the earlier ones, but there are some that swear by like superglue and wonderweb

Bit of a misnomer really. Collar boards and shoulder boards aren't really board-like at all. Have a look at the Heer impression in the kit guides. That will show you where all the bits and bobs go.

Repro early war ones do actually have card"board" in them, originals had fibre to make them rigid ;) Litzen late war is literally a woven, no backing and not rigid.

Well I learn something new on this forum every day :D

There is a very amusing rant about collar Litzen on the atthefront retail site. Basically he says that you find original Wehrmacht jackets and Litzen in every conceivable combination - so just pick the style that you like the look of and buy them.

Well it depends what your wanting the stuff for, what impression your wanting to do, but there is truth in what he says there are alsorts of variations out there on originals (how much has been adapted by those that acquired the uniforms for their collections PW is a different matter. But thats way to long a post for this chap thats starting out ;)
