has any one got any reference on German medic?

In what respect? sanitater? kranken trager?
Here is an article that might help you? http://www.dererstezug.com/TheSANI1.htm there is a part two and much more of help for those who play German.
At a very basic level it is just an armband and some extra bandages. You can then move up to the special pouches. You dont even need to bother with the blue waffenfarbe.
