I saw a picture the other day (can't remember exactly where) which showed a Waffen SS bloke wearing an unusual collar tab - it was black (obviously), with a silver three-legged design, looking very similar to the Manx emblem. Now, being half Manx myself (cue the predictable 3-legged / no tail jokes), I am pretty sure they didn't have a Manx SS division during the war - although anything is possible! Does anyone know what this collar patch was? Were there other unusual patches too?
