They were all hand written, PD had a double printer death.
I did all the ones in green crayon.

After the initial glitches it seems people have got the hang of it and they are coming in now....... Made 13 cards this evening, Received 10 new ones and have 29 sitting waiting payment and/or photos uploading. Emails sent out to those who need pics, watching the post for new envelopes.

Anyway what's wrong with hand written? It means you are getting personal attention and are not just some number!!!! All letters are individually signed too!!!!!! There was a suggestion I scan my sig and add it to the document........ I shuddered.......

I had hoped that with all the computer wonderfulness thats now available you could have done something with my photo to make me look slightly less like the aged git I actually am

My plea for help seems to have been lost in amongst all the computer literati smugly claiming their cards have arrived.

Anne's new application has worked and we got an email confirmation - we will give you the money on Sunday.

My renew application won't work though, I've tried several times and pressing the green submit button just dumps me back to the previous page. Everything in red is filled in, all the boxes ticked, cookies enabled (must be because Anne's one worked). I will try using internet explorer, then I will try a completely new application rather than a renew, because that seemed to work for Anne's account. Otherwise I'm running out of ideas.

when you say all the boxes ticked, do you meant he photo likeness one too?

Yes, the photo likeness box is ticked. All the boxes are ticked. I have taken screenshots of my application form, can I email them to someone? (I don't want to post them up here with my address etc...)

I've just noticed when I press the submit button and it dumps me back, there is a message at the top saying "The Email supplied is invalid". It's the same email I used for Anne's application so needless to say it's not invalid. Do I need to use a separate email because Anne has used my one up?

Aha! Yes!!!!!

Because - as the password request is automated, if someone shared you email then you change your password it would go to them also. Must have a unique email address..........
Problem (Possibly) solved.

Have looked at your details and it says you have renewed and your photo si there...... So we do have sufficient detail to allow you to continue - If you want to send your pennies (or bring them to Borysyzyn) then I will make a card NOW and deliver........ Please advise and we will comply.

I've been trying to renew but I don't think my account was ever activated as I've never been able to get into the members section of the website, I don't get the renew option and when I try and use the join option it asks me to login, even though it says I'm already logged in , and when I try to login it keeps telling me this;

If you are having problems logging in, or your account is not yet active and you did not receive an activation email, please email grenadier181ATgooglemail.com with your user name and we will activate the account ASAP.

I was advised just to write to you with my details and a cheque, I was planning to bring them to the loop, but it seems you need a photo as well??

Lol I got misled by the large text because I HAVE uploaded a new photo, but I did it throught the personal details page because I couldn't get it attached via the renew page. Bear with me please, I'm obviously just easily confused.

I've tried it without that box ticked and still get the email error but PD has sorted me out above.
