Drilling Helmets

Help! Can anyone help me? I am trying to drill thru a British Tank/Motorcycle Dispatch riders helmet & I gave it to the guys in the workshop & they cant drill thru it..I am trying to move the chinstrap attachments to convert it into a para helmet...i also tried aralditing loops on but they just came off.. Any help appreciated Thanks, Seidler

The boys in the workshop sorted my helmet for me...by heating and drilling & it looks good....so thanks to you all for your help on this one...
