As the title says has anyone recent experience of getting stuff from Sanjay/Replicators, I've had stuff in the past and he can be a bit slow at times but it's always turned up and the quality hasn't been bad, (considering the price), just wondering if the service is the same :?: as I'm considering getting some British KD's from him.

TFSS has had an order come in from Sanjay today. The comment from the chap that received it was:

"Order has arrived; all items are as good if not better then the last batch, so that's good. "

Though it was a few days late as usual. Heh!

Did you use PayPal? I'd start with them.

I had a similar experience with Sanjay. Placed a small order as a test. The products (when they *finally* turned up) were complete shit - and any attempt to get the wanker to reply to emails I sent to him seemed utterly futile.

Frankly, I wouldnt go near Sanjay/Repicaters again. Ever.

Still hasn't sent out a replacement order for stuff I bought in JULY. Has ignored numerous emails until pre-christmas when he apologised and said he'd get my replacement stuff out asap... and then absolutely nothing. I keep firing off the odd email but I think I can consider the couple of hundred dollars I sent him as lost.

Chargeback is a very useful system used by the UK banks. Put in your complaint, they'll process and refund then take it up with the other bank if they think you have a good enough case.

I've used it twice now.

It's the same as claiming back from a credit card company.

I haven't heard a good thing about Replicators in all the years I've been involved in Repro militaria. Buyers must be very wary when buying from India or pakistan, most companies only offer money transfers and you have no come back if things go tits up. If buying from a company you've never used before and have no feedback from other buyers always insist on Paypal. If they stuff hasn't arrived after 3 weeks stick a claim in. 9 times out of 10 you should get your money back. If the stuff turns up later pay the company back. I've lost well over a £1500 buying from companies in both coutries mentioned only for stuff never to turn up or be utter S***e if it did.
