Don't suppose you lot would consider making VSR 11 based WW2 springer rifles (or even just kits really)? We'd much prefer that to gold Garands. 
This thread is hanging by it's finger nails. The garand will have virtually zero appeal and, the other monstrosities, none whatsoever to those on this forum.

now the ics garand is my fave gun , out of all my 20 ish guns but even i would not buy a gold one (probably)

Cause is is quite easy to dip the 'metal parts' into a golden paint, create a fancy box and ship another 500 pieces. Instead of to design a complete new replica.

I just hope (though not holding my breath!) that the chap from ICS sees the fact that EVERY commentor on this thread thinks that a gold Garrand is über shit, and actually looks to make what folk actually want...

I really don't think they give a toss. As long as enough people out there buy this stuff, and you just know that someone will, they'll keep cranking it out.
