armoured corps helmet to convert to brit para (much cheapness!)needs a new liner though as it is as hard as hell and too small for my tiny size 7 noggin!
37 webbing set- small pack, large pack, ammo pouches, water bottle (green enameled) and holder, Lstraps and yoke. all original- needs blanco and a bit of brasso for the fittings! (at least it is all set up in the correct size for me and I won't have to buy a manual to put it together!
helmet net for lid, and a french duffel/kit bag/sack identical to us wwii issue -now my 101st gear has a more suitable home rather than a plastic box!

I also have scourced a couple of belgian leather jerkins, size 2 and 3, one has gilt buttons, the other has brown plastic buttons. the seller wants £60 each, they are in A1 condition, if anyone is interested I can arrange to get them for you at cost plus postage.

£60  that's a bit pricey, I've just sold one for £20+ P&P and I came out a couple of quid ahead compared to what I paid for it.

cost a fortune have a wartime dated jerkin for £125 so I kinda thought that £60 wasn't too bad! My sister used to work for a scrap metal dealership, the boss still wears leather jerkins! (god knows where he gets them from)

£60 is WAY too expensive for a Belgian jerkin-you should easily get an original cheaper than that

It's been a while since I've posted anything of worth (above $50 at least)

I've just "won" a Certo Super Dollina camera for $50 (collectors guide says $80-$120)

They were used by the US as an alternative to the Zeiss Super Ikonta

Here's a photo of Charles Eugene Sumners posing with one

He was a member of the 166th Signal Photo Company and wrote the book "Darkness Visible"
