The full length 1891/30, or the M38 carbine version? I've got both, let me know and i'll measure it for you.

From the end of the metal cap on the lower furniture, to the end of the barrel is 85mm.

PPsh stick mag pouch.

Unfortunately the belt loops are nylon, but at least they won't be visible.

A fair handful of 'King's crown' large, medium and small GS buttons, and also green revolving shank buttons, and another Middlesex Reg. cap badge - all for £5.

Yet another filed telephone! This time a Type L, but an early one - silver internals and service brown (browny/bronzey), rather than the later green painted ones. Rather scruffy exteriour but with awesome hand painted ident' numbers in brilliant '40s style handwriting, mint condition interior, and original 'signals' '41 dated carrying strap - £8

A Proud Member Of 'Team Spleen!' who play mainly at Gunman Airsoft, Tuddenham, Suffolk.

Actually, once you've loaded and inserted the mag, it will need to be cocked - simply pull the slide back and release it. When the mag's empty, the slide stays open, like the real thing I believe.
