BCH came after DMS and before the Assault Boot (above). BCH are a good approximation for Fallschirmjager boots. Grrr!!

If you cut the top few inches off they apparently make very good german low boots.

I also do blank reenacting, and with another two guys in the group we are probably half the age of the rest of the guys. I joke that they should buy us kit because we make them inherently less farby (we are skinny [correct body type], and young). I imagine the average age of a FJ late war would have been around 19 (which is what I am).

Excellent pics. The one of the young GI looking skywards particualrly good. Great to see young lads kitted out properly. Certainly adds a sense of realism.
