Yup. Works pretty well with a marui rubber. Had some issues with moisture at the end of the day

USMC kit is looking good. I'd be interested in a Pacific game, but what worries me is getting numbers together for the Japanese side. You'll have no trouble filling a team with USMC and/or Commonwealth soldiers but persuading enough people to play as the IJA or SNLF is going to be difficult. Few people seem to have an interest in the Japanese empire on this forum and having to cobble together another set of kit for them is going to put people further off an already unpopular impression. That said I have the bare bones of a look-alike IJA impression pretty much ready to go and I'd be up for it.
I've fired a bullet on every continent. Nearly hit someone, too.

Same applies to a lesser extend for the ranks on the sleeves. Very rarely done during WW2 (and if it was painted / stenciled), more a Korea and later thing.
EGA on the helmet is a cool detail
