Feel free to fiddle with my Western Arms 1911. It's probably the sexiest gun in the world and I can't hit a barn door sized target at 10 feet

................. took my dog to the vets

Talk about fooking Karma,

heres me last week saying id shoot the bugger if he got sick, :slap:
ive had to put the little turd on stress tablets as he keeps attacking the younger dog

they have lived side by side for 3 years, and all of a sudden the attitude starts, 95 quid for a few pills and for a vet to tell me the dogs got stress, no fucking shit, i gathered that when he was chewing the other dogs face off

i sat the kids down and said hed gone funny in the head and he had to go to dogs trust (never put a healthy dog down you know  )
the little un`s were so upset , i couldnt see them cry like that, so i buckled and took the pysco dog to the vet, instead of a walk out on the moors.
ill be monitoring the little sod for the next three weeks , untill hes back at the vets, and if he even bares his teeth at the kids, hes off.

wifey bought the kids a dog each 3 years ago, guess which mug has to walk em, shave em, clean up the shit, piss, puke and regurgatated shit puke, you guessed it , me.

i never wanted the bloody things and now my overdrafts taking a kicking to keep everyone happy :slap:

so dont tempt fate, it has a habbit of coming back to bite you in the ass :D

You any good with Lugers ? mine shoots round corners ,if you are more than 10 feet away you are safe, unless of course it decides to go fully auto in which case no one is safe

Sounds like there's something obstructing the bb on it's way through. Have you tried polishing the barrel out? It could just be badly machined. I took a cleaning rod, put some cotton rag on it and used brasso, then t-cut, then a wash with warm water and fairy liquid. Dry and coat with teflon oil then polish out with a clean dry cloth on a rod.
As for the hop I took the pressure foot on mine out and cut the slot deeper and wider with a jewellers file to give it the same profile as one of those "H" nubs.

Start a thread on it in the weapons section and I'm sure everyone'll pitch in and get it working awesomely!

Compessed the springs on two of my guns for two days to try and get the fps below 350 (both running at around 354).

Thank you to Airsoft World for that suggestion.

Cheers
Martin

I hope you all have a good time, can't make it to this one.

I have just had a look at exactly where the Il Gigio Pass game is, and I'm wondering if a five and half hour drive is a realistic option. Oh well.

Cheers
Martin

Today I...

...make myself a pair of Home Guard size 4 leather anklets and a '39 patt universal pouch (for if I fancy portraying Home guard at "The visit of Hauptmann Horn" game. If not, someone else can use them...
