If you don't get your stencils sorted let me know and I might be able to get them done at cost as I have 2 large laser cutters in my workshop at the moment.

Did a bit of work on my M1911, mainly cosmetic.

Did quite a lot of sewing on various bits of Russian kit.

Went sailing and managed not to have a swim as well, unlike several other people out today.

Cheers

Found out that my dog needs to go to a specialist for his ailment, which will cost me over a grand! :slap: Kind of makes me wish that I had pet insurance!  Oh well, it's only money!

Well, it's got to be spent, as my dog is part of the family and, unlike the wife or son, poor Buzz can't tell me what's wrong, or where it hurts. It's something that always seems to happen to me - just as I get some money saved, something happens that means I have to kiss it all goodbye! :slap:

I got reasonably good news today (although the consultancy alone was £250!). It seems that my Springer may not need surgery after all and, the bizarre lump on his head should recede of it's own accord at some point. Meanwhile, he will just look really weird for a bit!

Cheers ! it means that I can now have a business testing high pressure cylinders ( diving ,breathing apparatus, gas etc.) and all the high pressure valves that are part of a pressure system and servicing and repairing all diving equipment, I've done it for years for other people ,but now I have my own kitted out workshop and as of today I'm officially trading - only going to take a couple of years to recoup the money I've put in LOL !

So don’t think I marched there for this reason – it could carry another name – but because there is a very important goal... this goal I wanted to take – and you know – we are very modest, we have it already."
Adolf Hitler, November 1942

We can and must clear the Soviet land of Hitlerite vermin."

...rebuilt my Thompson with Sgt.Heide's old 1928 front end, and removed the rear M1A1 style sight guard to emulate a Battle Sight 'L'. With my metal drum-mag on it, it really looks amazing! Only the receiver to convert now.
