Gah, there go half my kills . Too bad you can't make it to Nordlicht, hope the bastards are at least giving you something on top for the extra workload!
I've fired a bullet on every continent. Nearly hit someone, too.
Sorry to hear. Already missed you at Copenhagen. Hope you can make it to normandy longest day.
Today I sorted out all my camping gear for Nordlicht.
I also managed to cut a very big hole in one of my fingers pruning the Buddleah. Ouch, remember to wear gloves when pruning people. Now looking forward to a tetanus jab and sutures.
Cheers
Martin

Just found out that if our move to Canada next year goes ahead I'm going to have to sell all my guns as they say that they are prohibited weapons not a happy chap
"Will you stop talking about the war!!"
"What, you started it!"
"We did NOT start it!"
"Yes you did, you invaded Poland..."
A quick google tells me that if you change the springs so they shoot over 407fps, they cease to be replica weapons as they can injure people. This then means they are not prohibited items anymore. And I thought the VCRA was nuts!
You may be required to pay the costs of sending them off to be chrono'd though.

I've sent a message to the ontario group, the last time I asked they ignored me and banned me from their site, hopefully they will be able to help.

They sound like a credit to the hobby.

Today I noticed that four buttons on my greatcoat were falling off, so I sewed them back on again. I also spent some time trying to pronounce the German for "at ease".

...Discovered Monster the energy drink ! Been up for 24 hours, 12 of those working a nightshift in Glasgow, been a run and for some circuits, and bought some kit - beware guys - it's lethal!

Is that "Chillgestanden!" ?

Today I... ok, actually it was yesterday, but I'm still trying to process it... got a job offer. It gives me peace of mind, which is probably invaluable in my case, since I was torturing myself. However, it's not a job I really wanted (it doesn't use any of the last 20 years of technical expertise I built up), it's only a 6-month contract, and the money is less than half of what I was earning. However, I'm grateful for small mercies. But, on the back of that news, knowing I'll have some regular income...
...today I ordered the custom-made guitar that I've been dreaming about.
