Actually, it would've been cheaper to go and demolish their shed, rather than mine!

Just bought an incinerator to dispose of all the wood - it'll be going all week I reckon.

You should have contacted Nige to make one of his custom burners - it looks the dogs dangles and would keep you warm at a game

Sorted out some of my US kit for the St Lo game and tried out the leggings for the first time, using the instructions on this forum I managed to sort them out fairly quickly, they are a size 4R which are just a little loose, so I could probably do with a size 3R for a snugger fit.

Also dug out my BAR belt to check the mags fit, which they do, two to a pouch which means I'll have to get some pouch fillers as I've only got 6 at the moment, although I do have an idea for converting real steel mags to mid-caps as I'm not happy with the wind-up mags that come as standard, if they work out I may convert my existing ones as well, or maybe sell them on and convert a further batch of real steel ones.

I'll get a picture up of me in all my US glory as soon as I've got a functioning camera

This weekend I finally got this bugger working again .

Y’know, strip it all down , powder coat , paint and polish everything , sort all it’s lil foibles out and then it fails to rev above 5000rpm. Git . For those familiar with the saga , I ended up calling 'handy Andy' , and now it runs sweet as a nut .

& the problem , wouldn’t run without the airbox, or with the K&N filters . Put it all back and the brick wall disappeared. First time I’ve come across that one in umpteen bikes but hey ho , Kawasaki knew best .

Bottom pic shows as I bought it / as it was six weeks ago .

Ah the memories yep spent 3 months doing much the same thing to mine then had a minor mishap. Result bike in some kind of ball shape thing after going top over tail several times at high speed. And a nice trip to the hospital for me. :slap: :slap: :slap: :slap: :slap: :slap: :slap: :slap: :slap: :slap: :slap:
