Hi guys, I'm looking to start a Heer impression with a friend. We've decided to go for M36 as it'll be used for any early, mid, late war games.

However, I wanted to know whether the sizes offered by either SOF & Epic are true. As im fairly lanky and suffer from long arm itis.

Has anyone had any problems with uniforms being out and needed to buy several sizes larger just to get the length?

And, would anyone recommend a particular outlet/ manufacturer for said tunics?

Sorry if this topic has been covered.

Rich

I got my M36 from militaria.net. Anthony is very helpful and happy to discuss sizes on the phone and change stuff if it is wrong.

No harm in ringing S OF or Epic either, but the response may be a bit variable depending who you get.

Cheers

If you have long arms try to get a Sturm/Miltec made M36.
They are famous for having longish sleeves.
Not sure who has them these days, try Richard A Underwood or call SOF and ask.

As someone who's had tunics from all over the place, I can only recommend Gavin Militaria. Very good value, very accurate styling, and customisable sizes. :good:

I have long arms, and my militaria.net M36 fits fine, you can see it in my profile pic.

I've actually ended up buying one from epic. Its a very good fit and I feel comfortable, which is unusual for me and wool items.
