WOW, What a weekend!
A huge thanks to Dorset Paintball for having us battle in the epic woodland, it really looked and felt like the Hurtgenwald, 1944.
Another thank you to all the players that came for the weekend, or the day, what a truly awesome community we have when we manage to get together!
On a sad note, it does seem as though support for Frontline Events is starting to dwindle, perhaps due to pandemics and fuel prices. Please don’t allow us to go the way of the Dodo.
Regardless, your efforts and determination was noticed and was really great to see when two teams really work so hard and bond together… We can’t wait for the next one!

So, what happened?
The Germans has been withdrawing so quickly across France back to Germany that they hadn’t really put up too much resistance. The Americans took advantage of this and quickly stretched their supply lines thin to give chase.
Upon reaching the Hurtgenwald on the resistance started to get thick and heavy from the German forces.
The Americans had no idea that they were walking right into a staging area for all the forces moving towards Belgium, for the huge counter-offensive, The Battle of the Bulge.
We hope it felt as though you were there even knowing there isn’t real bullets firing and the two teams don’t hate each other!
We will leave you with a few images from the weekend!
Well done guys!
