Afternoon all. I've finally taken the time to register on the CiA forums after spending a bit of time over the last few months looking into WW2 airsoft.

A bit about me I suppose to give you an idea as to what I am about. I have been airsofting for over a year, mainly playing at South Yorkshire Airsoft, First and Only Urban and Unreal Airsoft. I come from Lancaster, up North and I have been looking for a way into WW2 airsoft for most of this time but never really got round to it due to various holidays in Chernobyl and other commitments.

What I hope to get out of it all: Well, out of all the games I have played, I have found the themed days I have played have always been best. The idea of everyone is relatively matching kit aswell as people playing as a team has always made the game so much more interesting and entertaining for me. Seems CiA offer this at thier WW2 events so I thought, why not give it a try?

Up to now, I have the makings of a US paratrooper impression that I have been putting together after a bit of impulse buying. I intend to get this up to scratch and then concentrate on a Heer loadout. Bog standard infantry interest me more than all the 'elite' so the Heer impression will be my main skirmishing loadout eventually. Any advice, contructive criticism and overwhelming praise is much appreciated.

With any luck, I will be able to attend this Carentan event you guys are doing in November so I might see you all then.
