What ho,one and all!Just a brief note to announce my arrival.I have been a re-enactor for some while,but have only reccently discovered the whole ww2 airsoft thing,which looks like a great way to spend a weekend.I am currently busy getting a British Infantry outfit together,but would appreciate any general advice and tips,and particularly some clarification on the purchase of airsoft guns.Is on-site hire a good way to begin?

If you're part of a re-enactment group with PLI then you should be able to purchase any RIF including airsoft guns... you may have a few hoops to jump through, but the defence definitely stands.
