Hello everyone

My name is Matt, 19 years old from West Hampshire, I stumbled upon this website and the historical elements and play style of WW2 airsoft soon piqued my interest so I thought I'd sign on and try and get stuck in to an event some time.
Kit wise, my current load-outs are both modern Russian Federation, so I'll be starting from scratch, and those shiny new Matrix MG42s have persuaded me to put toghether a Heer kit.

Hopefully, I'll see you all on the field sometime. :)

Willkommen

Get German kit and get stuck in. Look at the forum sections and ask if you need advice.
We have a strong German element at Army Group South (See archive game Crete for a taste of what we put on) and we are based mainly Hants Surrey.
Just PM me for any more info :D

Thanks for the warm welcome guys, really appreciate it!
With my current travel pattern I doubt I'll be able to get to the game on the 29th unfortunately, but I'll be sure to get involved from the turn of the new year, if nothing else that gives me plenty of time to do some research and put toghether a sensible shopping list. :good:

hi and welcome
people on here are always helpful so ask before you buy or have any questions about what you need , and always remember there are plenty of people willing to lend kit and even guns on a "you bend it you mend it" basis so you don't need to have everything for you'r first event .

Hello and welcome,

hope to see you at event soon. As mentioned above, plenty of loan kit available. If doing German, a lot of second hand kit comes up for sale on the forum, which is where many of my best bits of German stuff have come from. The website guides to German kit are good, but the best basic loadout is just grey wools, helmet and some belt kit.

Cheers
Martin
