Hi all, quite keen to get into the whole ww2 airsoft thing, I regularly play at Ground Zero where Operation Haggard is due to happen and because of it now really have a craving for ww2! I'm fascinated by D-Day and onwards but dont know much about the war before it cept that us brits nearly lost :| lol, anyways back on track, I recently ordered myself a loada kit for £180

and I'm hoping to come along to Op Haggard as a partisan (hopefully). Only problem I have now is in the kit departement! I would really like to get an American 101st airborne para loadout (too much band of brothers) to get me looking the part with the thompson, but I'm not sure whether I should go with a more rag tag look for the partisan side of it hehe. Anyways cheers if you've read just thought I'd let everyone know they have a new noob to take care of :D and if anyones got any advice for me then I'd be thrilled to hear it hehe

cheers all

Sam

Hi Sam, welcome to the forum. The Partisan look is a simple way of getting into WW2 Airsoft without giving the bank account too much of a hammering!

When we were a Kingdom it was run by a King
When we were an Empire it was run by an Empress
Now we're a country we're run by a..........

Hello and welcome. I think with whats Steiner & co have planned for Haggard you're likely to have more fun playing as a partisan at Haggard if you have the chance. Besides theres no reason why you can't get both; partisan stuff is as cheap as chips to put together.

ahhh cheers guys wasnt prepared for such a friendly response hehe, just on the note of op haggard I hope to see anyone who is going there :), also about the partisan uniform is there anywhere on the forum I could find a list of kit to buy for it? or could anyone give me a list of websites/kit which would suit the role, cheers. Sorry about the pic just posted a link an thought if you were interested you could copy an paste it but turns out it didnt play ball haha, was basically a pic of all the kit. Just came through today and I'm trult astonished by how good the Thompson is! hehe

cheers again all

Hi there. Operation Haggard will have American, British and German troops. Partisan is possibly an option, but spaces for that are limited. Please look at the Operation Haggard section of the forum for full details.

The site owner is helping us, but Neill and myself are the organisers, and all information is on the forum here. :)
