there are two ways - within the forum, you can edit your post/or create new and in the section below - Filename and file comment, you can browse to the file locally on your PC.
Or if the image is hosted via photobucket or what ever type
please note html code for a space is %20 so the above text looks a little messed up
Firstly, your pic must be on an image hosting server. Many are free, up to a certain amount of pics. eg http://www.uploadit.org
Then press the Img button, and put the address of your picture in between.
