is what I shall be bringing - IN defernce to JD7 I shal bring one of bakelite (more for curiousity) and one of metal.
I shall also bring JD7 the object of his dreams so he must remember a ruler and possibly one of those image capture fandaglos.

Chomlitz von Warstein must remember to bring Don10 and an electric match. for that is how we must test the Zuzzzzzzmaker.

I have not been drinking - I have a rule never to post when pished. I am just in jocular mood.

It happens sometimes. :good:

No oh princess of :spam:
A doofer is a very simple device without levers, cam or widgets. A thingummy is like a thingummybob but not as long - Whilst you are actually correct - I did not mean a fandanglos as they are cheap foreign rubbish (apologies to any fine person who goes by the moniker of Fandanglos - IS your fist name Carlos by the way?)

It was late and I was tres fatigue - What I actually mean was a tranclament which is a very ornate and complicated device of widely varying manufacture and usually of more than moderate value.

I hope this puts this one to bed. I know it did me!

How come there is no emoticon for a knockwurster?
There sure is one for a Dinkenbustenviggler

Unless of course you are looking for this -

But I doubt it cos yoo luvz me reely!

Aaaaanywayz - you are cordially invited to play the grip the wires whilst we go ZUZZZZZ game - the record is three so far (that is, number of ZUZZERS before you let go, scream and faint or just run off doing the wagglyhand dance whilst muttering in Swahili)

Caution - Beer only makes you FEEL invincible... the Gezundapparat always wins!
There is also an emoticon for that too -

Lovely bit of kit. Think I'm going to have to get my hands on one (well, I did find one recently, but didn't buy it. Was a tad gutted when I told PD the price and he said it was a good price! :slap: )

When we were an Empire it was run by an Empress

For anyone thinking of obtaining a Gluzundapparat 39 then any working example under £400 is good money. They come in Early - Brass Metal with a retaining chain on the handle, Midwar, - Zinc body with varying retainers and late - bakelite in a leather case. Look for a maker underneath the case and the dickie bird stamps - Also a date usually. And test them with a little chinese match. Crank the handle a couple or three times to excite the magnets - connect the match to the terminals and then CRANK! if the match spits you got a worker.
(crafty people gamble by just connecting the match and cranking once - then saying - it don't work mister - will you knock me a bit off?)

Mister Stig has a nice brass one.....
