If you cant get any paul, karl can use mine.

Thank you - He'd like that I think.
Can we have Wagner played in the tunnels for this one please? I so liked it over the usual Stompy stompy glockenspiel marchy Nazi ditties!!!!! :happydance:

There will be a bar/recreation room for the garrison. So far i'm leaning towards oompah band music, so the stay won't be *too* pleasant for the germans...

I think Steiner has a CD of German popular music from the 1940s that Helga made for him.

Let me know if you want pretzels or any other stuff from backhaus.co.uk for the bar.

You won't have time to unwind. Well, maybe we'll let you stop for a little Bierschinken and a drink.

No, that's Boshman. However, I can run off a CD of all sorts of wartime German and Prussian marching tunes, if required.

I didn't know Robert Wagner did music as well as acting. Must have been in that quiet patch he had after Hart to Hart

I'm not sure where you've worked in the past, but very few of the factories i've ever worked in played Wagner on a regular basis.

Basically, you'll end up with Großdeutscher Rundfunk broadcasts, if you're lucky.

I'm one of the danes coming to the game. Thanks for the fast replys, I already feel quite welcome.

I think the best match for our roles are:

Snake-DK and TMS (German engineers): stof's mauser handgun and panzerfaust joust's 1911 (The 1911 will pose as a Kongsberg Colt since we're in Norway for this game)
Blobski (Royal Engineers): Wraith666's Thompson (chosen since it's already downgraded)

No probs mate, I'll chuck the batts on charge for it, will the mags be needed as well?

"We did NOT start it!"
"Yes you did, you invaded Poland..."

The Continent does things significantly differently to we British. I have been in factories in Cz and in D who have classical music playing...... We are not off topic either if you think about it as music is a psychological weapon :giggle:

Just pleeeze don't subject us to Clonky Nazchoons....... I've had fifteen years of it now!!! Even the Nartzees only had to suffer it for about 10!!!!!

Indeed it is me. Infact its about 5 full CD's worth of popular German tunes from 1933-1942 (apprently they all get too depressing after 42  )

I have them all on an MP3 player which fits inside my little replica deutscher kleinempfänger which I will bring along for use in game.:good:

I've also got all the usual German marching tunes on it too.

“I wanted to come to the Volga at a specific location at a specific city. By chance it carries the name of Stalin himself. So don’t think I marched there for this reason – it could carry another name – but because there is a very important goal... this goal I wanted to take – and you know – we are very modest, we have it already."
Adolf Hitler, November 1942

"Comrades, Red Army men, commanders and political workers, men and women guerrillas! It is on your perseverance, staunchness, fighting skill and readiness to discharge your duty to the country that the defeat of the German-fascist army and the liberation of the Soviet land from the Hitlerite invaders depend! We can and must clear the Soviet land of Hitlerite vermin."

Sad, but true! 2 coke bottles, an ASDA re-useable shopping bag and a sheet of MDF also gave their lives in the cause of the Reich  Oh and I pinched the eldest's MP3 player and Dock to go inside it too
