Surely there are a lot of variable factors to adhere to in order to qualify that statement.....

I have my food and hygiene certificate and rabbits are good for you, my Granny told me so when I was little and she never told me any lies

Granny told me rabbits eat carrots and they see in the dark
So if I eat rabbits I will be able to see in the dark because of the carrots
