N.Beech is me and I'll be playing axis. Is it worth splitting the list into Allied and Axis? and adding forum names so people can see who's coming? (Yeah, I know Jimbo, like you haven't got enough to do already!)

Ok wilco, although the numbers allocated to each player wont match the ones on here. As every player books they should be given a booking number, which purely rolls in order of date of booking.

I've got to put a hold on paying to go to this at least till next week as we ( OC home and I) are off to see the Midwife on Saturday and hope to find out when the first baby scan is, I have a bad feeling that it will be the same weekend as this, unless I can help it!

I dont think they do scans at the weekend so you might be allowed, good luck anyway

Come to the Dark side and balance the teams

I don't think you need to get too hung up on fixed numbers for this game. It will be very much a free roaming type of game with certain objectives that will need to be completed at certain times. However there are different respawn rules for each side and to start with the Allied team have a lot of ground and objectives to guard and defend. Most objectives Ammo dumps and Bomb stores will need to be desrtoyed, thus increasing the Allied teams at the remaining bases. However Fuel, is vital to both sides so the Fuel dump will need to be taken and held. Not only that but the Allied teams have a fixed base which will be their Alamo if all other bases are taken, but could collapse the whole defence if taken early in the game.

Players need to be prepared to feed themselves in the field. I dont want to stop the game for lunch, trapse everyone back to base waste an hour and go back into the fields agiain. There will be plenty of social time before and after the game so players will need to take rations into the game with them if they think they wont be able to cope without food for 6 or so hours.
The bases for both sides will have water with them and it's easy to resupply. Once again due to the free roaming nature of the game if you think you are secure enough to get a brew on, then go for it but watch out for patrols on both sides.

That's fine fella, I'll wait untill it comes to me through the system. We have enough to run the event now, with a few more booked, we've covered the cost of the event pyro too

I'm still interested in coming to this but can't get to the bank till Saturday morning as I am busy during the day and by the time I am finished work the bank's are closed.

There is no cut off for booking fella, the more players we can get for this event, the better the experience there will be for both sides
