Hiki Japanese
Uniforms
there sizes for the japanese seem to be about right or a tad smaller , as opposed to there russian kit which I found to be larger than it said
The most common set bought is the 3/4 tropical as its cheap as chips, for a top and bottoms ,
the top is 3/4 length sleeves and full bottoms , it is rather thin but on a warm day this set would be a blessing and again for a top and bottom its not to pricey

The type 98 Uniform top and bottoms is quite nice, but the trousers can be a bit tight on the calfs
Officer trousers - good fit on the top end , but around the calfs they get very tight, i dont suspect mine are huge but i could only just squeeze my calfs in, and in the end chose to wear some looser trousers
Equipment
A popular item is the puttees, that really help tie the uniform together for that Japanese look , very nice quailty and seem well made, just dont ask me how to put on lol why i am wearing jack boots

Another popular item from hiki is there bread bag , water bottle and gloves set for a nice price , the bread bed seems well made and comes with a strap , handy for carrying lunch , ammo , grenades etc, water container is nice quailty but my first 1 leaked a little (every ones else was fine) , but i must stress dont hold it upside to down so the cork stopper enlarges as it jams the bottle and make ir near impossable to get open (hey matt )

All there leather webbing etc seems quite nice , but ammo belt set ups can be found a lot cheaper on ebay
if you are buying a rifle belt set from hiki or ebay its can be finished off with a oil bottle that fits on the rear pouch - i though these were just goign to be resin etc but its a proper little oil bottle

Hiki USMC kit
i have only tried a few items from them , but have been fairly impressed , there Hbt top and bottoms seem quite cheap and fit as they claimed and pretty good quality was happy for the cost .

failry cheap if you are doing a order already , but with the pound being poo vs the dollar (at time of writing) maybe sof etc may be better as again easy to sort sizing issues if any
There Helmet cover seems a lot more green on the green side on other brand ones i have, the brown seems pretty much like all i have , now i no expert and sure they used many materials but not sure if any were this green , but seems well made and again not badly priced

Saved SOF / ATF USMC kit
Ebay
There are a varity of cheap japanese caps for sale on ebay from china , with prices from £5.50 posted ! just make sure to decide if you want one with a havelock fitted or not , most tend to be around the 59/60 so if you have a smaller head read the print just in case
Belt sets plenty again this time from india with the belt , 2 front ammo pouches, rear ammo pouch and bayonet holder , these seem to have gone up a bit recently (maybe as we bought a few ) but they tend to come by dhl in about 5 days and quite good quailty and are great for the price
