ok as we are lacking numbers (damm you war and peace lol) this is the last chance to book before we have to look at the viability of this game,
as it stands it looks like it will become a one day event (saturday) with no camping , we have bought the pyro , supply boxes etc and i may will run a small game on the sunday set in a different time period (with folks booking on saturday first dibs if they want in)
not what i wanted but to do the sunday and camping i would take a massive loss , a lot more than any other game i have run , now panic not the Pacific is going strong we have lots of players interested in it still , its just a bad date , but i could not change it 
War and peace and a couple of other things are hurting it , but I have plans for 2 games next year, i am just trying to lock down dates and the sites, including a weekend, which i may be aboe to stay 1 night at (first time in 8 years)
this may help a few folks i dont know being a one day event
