Hi all

On Sunday morning, nice and early I'm going to go for a run, maybe 3-4 miles possibly followed by a calisthenics workout WW2 style.

If you're interested in taking part I'll lead the movements, just bring trainers and tracksuit.

A lovely thought, Steve, but I'll be too hungover I think (hope?). Might also jar long-suppressed memories of 5am route marches in kit around Barry Buddon in the winter...

Define 'full' kit, when I wear all my gear it weighs about as much as I do!

I expect your games teacher wasn't fooled by that one, so don't think we're falling for it!

I really wouldn't advocate doing a decent distance run in full kit, especially if you're not used to that level of exercise.

When I first saw this thread I thought what a good idea, but luckily once I’d lain down in a darkened room for a while sanity returned.
