Heh, rather late but despite all their huffing and puffing about RIF sales they are swallowing their pride and allowing them!
I have to say that the Retailers/Site owners HFH 'donation' is a good idea though, hard to fault them on that...
Methinks that they've realised they're losing a *lot* or traffic by not allowing RIF sales. Personally, I think ASCUK should have been taken outside and shot.
As to the money raising efforts. I reckon they've just run out of the cash they raised from the last public appeal.
